>The materials run into the barrel of extrusion machine through the thermal insulation hopper, are plasticized, as desired, by means of the mixing by the extrusion screw and then evenly flow to the sieve.

>The monofilaments coming out of the extrusion hole directly run through the water inside the tank for rapid cooling to get a high extensibility and favor heating extension.

>The monofilament stretched by the stretcher to full extension could be improved in quality.

>The filament extruded by the spinneret, after cooling and forming, runs via the traction of the five rollers into the hot water tank where the water is heated up by the electric heating rod to 90°c~100°c and the plastic filament is evenly stretched by heating and traction.

>The winding machine is equipped with an electronic moment control to adjust and stabilize the tension of filament. The round, by means of the reciprocation of the guide on reciprocating rod and the rotation of winding axis, is winded back and forth.

The device is mounted between flange and T connector of the front part of extrusion machine

to filter the materials extruded from the extruder, keep back the impurities and convey the materials filtered to T connector, thus ensuring the comprehensive quality of round filament.
