Used primarily to reinforce roadbed of highway roads, railways, airports and docks. It can take part to effective loading roadbed.

Using geogrid in retaining wall can prevent down slope and is convenient for construction, reduce construction costs.

In dam design, it can be viewed as a solid material to improve bearing structure of the dam to avoid breakage and reduce project cost.
