Our forging plant has large-scale forging machines of 10 sets including one 4000tons free forging hydraulic press. We have more than 50 high qualified technicians. Our forging scope limit is 1-40000kg and our production capacity is 8000tons a year. The application material includes all iron, steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, hear-resisting alloy steel, duplex stainless steel and other special materials. We have the chemical elements analysis centre and the mechanical testing centre

which include the following quality control measures:

Spectrographic analysis, magnaflux crack detection, ultrasonic detection, dynamic fatigue testing, hardness testing, proof and ultimate breaking strength test... TUV DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 & ISO/TS16949 available
