Here is our main equipment as follows:

1. Line-frequency cored copper melting furnace: special for smelting of red copper, yellow brass and tin bronze.
2. Line-frequency copper induction melting furnace: it can melt copper and copper alloy with capacity 1500kg~5000kg.
3. Tilting-type crucible melting furnace: used for melting of all kinds of alloy (non-ferrous metals) etc.
4. Pallet-type resistance furnace: used for normalization, annealing and quenching treatment for all kinds of metal parts and materials.
5. Pit-type melting furnace: used for heating, smelting and refining of all kinds of non-ferrous metals.
6. Bell-type special atmosphere annealing furnace: it can be widely used for bright heat treatment of different materials such as steel, copper etc.
7. Continuous pallet-type annealing furnace: special used for annealing treatment for non-ferrous metals such as red copper, yellow brass, bronze and ferrous metal such as cast iron.
8. Undercurrent horizontal continuous casting unit: suitable for production of copper tube blank such as round ingot, flat section ingot, copper busbar and profiled ingot blank.
9. Screw semi-continuous casting machine: used for casting copper and copper alloy round ingot and flat section ingot.

10.Up-cast process continuous oxygen-free copper bar production line: special used for production of high conductivity oxygen-free bar equipment.

11.Horizontal continuous casting unit for copper alloy strip plate: complete equipment which is used for production of copper alloy strip plate.

12.Horizontal continuous casting machine of copper bar blank and continuous casting unit of copper bar.
