FSL Series of Medical Rubbish Incinerator
FSL series of medical rubbish incinerator is the medical rubbish treatment equipment jointly developed by China Aeronautical Project and Design Institute and our company by means of introducing the advanced technology from Japan. The product adopts the famous DAITO design structure of the Japanese incinerator the design of the one-off combustion chamber of which utilizes the gasifying incineration technology. It is due to this that the rubbish will not produce slag, frit, sintering and other problems during the incineration process. When comparing with the direct-fired furnace and other furnaces, the gasifying incinerator will produce fewer dusts. There is secondary incineration device and surrounding air supply device established in the secondary mixed incineration room. Under the circumstance with a high temperature, the combustible gas in the flue gas can be burnt thoroughly again, which is able to burn the gas incurred from the gasifier and the air on a high-effective basis and avoid the occurrence of the overflow of the carbon material and the phenomenon of being late to burn. Since the tangential entry, the tangential entry of the combustible air and other combustion-supporting modes are adopted when the flue gas enters the high-temperature burning-out room, it makes the flue gas burn in the burn-out room again on a through basis, meanwhile, the rotating airflow is utilized to carry out dust removal of the flue gas. The incineration flue gas remains within the incinerator for more than 2 seconds, which makes the combustible gas in the flue gas burn thoroughly together with that in the flying dust. Moreover, the dry exhaust purification equipment is established on the upper of the incinerator, and used to dissolve the odor and other components in incineration under the high temperature. The flue gas purification equipment has established calcium hydroxide filtration brick and acid gas carrying out neutralization reaction, resulting in the absorption of the acid gas and the purification of the tail gas and making the harmful components in the flue gas lower to the “control standard of the dangerous waste incineration pollution (GD18484-2001)” and the regulations of other standard.
The series of incinerator is equipped with the fully automatic procedure for control. After the rubbish is sent to the incinerator, fully automatic operation is carried out from ignition, one-off combustion, and secondary combustion to burning-out, which reduces the artificial labor strength. The design of the furnace door of the incinerator and the ash-clearing door adopt the seal structure with zip port mode. The incinerator will be totally isolated with the outside when burning, thus, the negative pressure combustion is formed and the possibility of the secondary pollution is avoided, particularly the treatment for SARS and other infectious dangerous medical waste better represents the unique advantage.
