Working principle:
Suck pulp area: work submerged in pulp filter plate capillary action in the combination of vacuum pressure, surface adsorption into a layer cake, filtrate through the filter board into a tank to row distributing valve.
Leaching area: the filter cake turn out to a pulp, filter cake for spray washing.
Dry area: in high vacuum filter cake to continue under the action of forces dehydration.
Unloading area: into a vacuum, scraper automatic discharging.
Reverse wash: industrial water filtrate or distributing valve through ceramic plate into the clean from inside to outside. Cleaning the pore jams. In the ceramic plate use in a cycle, the ultrasonic cooperate with low concentration acid cleaning ceramic plate, keep the mixture of efficient use.
