outlet, shell cover, base.

Characteristics

Compared with traditional shaft screw conveyor, our automatic shaftless screw conveyor has the following features by adopting no central shaft suspension bearing design, as well as proper flexible integrated steel screw to convey the material

1. The screw has ultra wearable strength to obtain a longer lifetime.

2. Great anti winding characteristic, no central shaft interference, so it is free from the accidents caused by stuffiam and especially suitable for easy winding material.

3. Environmental protective: the overall seal transmit and easy clearance screw surface will keep the environment sanitary and ensure there is no material pollution or leakage.

4. Large torque, low energy consumption: a lower running speed and stable transmit could be achieved to save energy because there is no shaft on the screw and there is no easy material plugging.

5. large conveying quantity: the conveying quantity of this model is 15 times of the traditional conveyor with the same diameter, its max rate could be 400m3/h conering a long distance of 25m, and extra long distance conveying can be realized flexibly according to the demands of the client by multi serial assembly.
