Application Scope:

 

WQ series submersible sewage pump has reliable performance and perfect quality. It can be used widely. This series pump adopts some know-how technology, its structure which can resist tear and clog can guarantee effectively that the solid particle (φ50mm- 125mm) and fiber such as cotton, weed can pass smoothly. WQ series pump can be used on many application such as mine, municipal engineering, hospital, hotel, village and marsh gas tank to pump civil sewage and industrical pollution water. It is also applied to oil extraction and irrigation. Operating range:

1. Maximal temperature:40

2. PH: 5-9.

 

Pay attention to transportation and operation:

 

(1). Do not lift the pump by cable! Do not put the cable end into water!

(2). When pump operates transportable, it's better to conncet the pump with a flexible pipe.

(3). Do not install the pump on the effluent entrance. When pump is placed on the muddy ground or drift sand, it may 'dig itself in' because of vibration. In this case, recommend suspending pump or putting it on the bigger base plate.

(4). Below 0°C, pump can work continually when it is still operating or it is under water. The maximum submerged depth is 10m.

(5). Diameter of discharge pipe should be in accord with the specification of pump.

(6). When pump works in sewage, sludge or remains will pile up around it. Causing bad heat exchange, short the life time of motor. At this case occured, wash the pump, remove the remains covered the pump.

(7). When finding oil leakage due to mechanical seal damage or O-ring un-effective, please send pump to the repair departments of our company or the commission maintenance stations to check if motor is burned.

(8). Do not move pump before power is shut off. It is not permission to come into contact with water around pump because electric shock accident may be happened when there is electric leakage in pump while there is no leakage protection device.

(9). If long time no operation for the pump. We recommend operating pump 4 hours per week to check its performance and adaptability. You can also suspend pump and put it on the dry place for standby.
