  The machine is mainly composed of driving mechanism,frame,raker,shimming mechamism,grate and guide plate.

  There is a section of fixde chain,a straight guide rail,a round guide rail round the fixde chain at both sides of guide rail frame separately.The raker frame is fixde onto two shafts.One is guide shaft with rollers at both sides which are inserted into straight guide rail separately.Theother one is drive shaft with chain wheel ficed at both side of the shaft.The chain wheel is engaged with fixde chain.The head of chain wheel with dummy club is inserted into round guide-track grooce.A shaft mounted speed reducer is fixed in the center ofdrive shaft.When the speed reducer runs,fth raker,under the action of chain wheel and under the restriction of round guide rail and straight guide rail,the raker will fulfil the whole cycle of work including open the raker and move downward,close the raker and take theresidual,move upward and convey the residual,and unload the residual,etc.
