Usage of  fruit pulp extractor machine :

The machine is suitable for pre-cooked to soften Drupe (Tomato, mango, peach, apricot, etc.), Berries  kiwi,   strawberry and Pome fruits (apples, pears, etc.).  Its characteristics are: automatic separate the juice, dregs  (skin, seeds, nuts). The machine can not only combined the production line for flow operation,  but also single machine production. All contact food parts are make of 1Cr18Ni9T stainless steel and  High quality  edible rubber,  Good corrosion resistance,not contaminated material, ensure food hygiene.

 

Working principle of  fruit pulp extractor machine :

Motor is driven through V-belt, make the rotor spinning have a high speed, fruit evenly by the end inlet into the machine. Feeding auger blades send the fruit to the beating stick, the material will be smashed by the beating stick. Due to the centrifugal force, the juice and meat  (become slurry)  through  the sieve into  the next process.   The core, peel, seed and pomace  discharged from the taphole. The piting’s  sieve  size  is depend on the type of material,  If the  two channel of Dual-channel  model both are  beating  structures   the  second channel sieve size should be a little thin than the first channel.
