Grain flour mill machine technology:

Wheat will be processed into wheat flour by flour milling machine.Its general technology flowchart should be as follows:crude wheat storage by silos,wheat pre-cleaning section,wheat cleaning section,wheat milling section,flour packing section and wheat flour storage section.Final products of wheat flour milling line will be 65%-80% wheat flour,20%-22% wheat bran.However,during the whole wheat flour milling line,the weight lost will be about 10%-15%.Most of the weight lost will be the impurities and moisture mixed with crude wheat or raw wheat.

You are also warmly welcome to come in person to inspect the manufacturing process or ask any of your nominated representatives to inspect on your behalf. We will do all in our power to ensure you are well informed of the whole process.
3.Shipment
A timely shipment will be made according to terms and conditions stipulated in the contract we enter into with our clients. Insurance and all other unspecified additional costs are borne by the client.Shipment tracking will be done using GPS as well direct communication with our transporters.
4.Commissioning
We supply the equipment, do the installation, test run and provide training services to the operating staff according to our clients’ demand, our professional engineers will make sure you are satisfied before handing over the machinery and equipment.
5.After sales service
We offer lifelong free online service and support for our end users and do on-site visits and demonstrations if circumstances call for it. Moreover, we stock and supply spare parts for all products we are offering.

6.Milling
We offer milling services to all our customers on toll arrangements or as a contingency measure for our customers during maintenance and repairs to ensure that their business is not disrupted.
