The major equipment of the machine are four parts include: Pulp Making System, Molding system, Drying system and Packing system.
Pulping System: To put used paper and water into pulper, the paper will be transform into pulp by force of rotating water inside of pulper; The finished pulp will be screened and grinded into fine pulp, And ready for forming machine use.
Forming System: The fine pulp go into the forming machine, then transform into wet trays.
Drying System: The wet trays could be dried under sunshine, or go through the dryer for drying. After trays dried, then use the baler or stacker for final package.
