COOLING PAD PRODUCTION LINE –
We provide complete Automatic Cooling pad manufacturing machine, equipment and production line with complete consultancy, training and Installation services.
DEVATECH has more than 20 years of Experience in Manufacturing and R&D of Cooling Pad production line.
Our production line machinery is high quality with very low energy/ electricity consumptions and high efficiency production line.
Only 50 KW Electrical Energy require to operate Our Cooling Pad Production Line.
1. We are using the latest technology for paper drying we use only three big rolls heated by electricity, steam or thermic oil.
2. In this technology total heat transfer to roller surface and pass to wet paper directly.
3. The surface contact area is 90-95% of roller surface area so we are using maximum heat without heating air and losing energy.
4. We are using motorised squeezing roll assembly with pneumatic cylinder to give high pressure to rubber roll to remove maximum water from resin so our system is 50% higher energy saving then others.
5. Due to only three rolls at low height it’s very easy to pass paper and the production capacity is 50% higher then others.
6. The deep roll is mounted on body inside stainless steel tray better than putting on the floor without proper alignment as others.
B. Paper sheet cutting section.
1. PLC control pneumatic shearing machine.
2. Pneumatic Control system.
3. It is accurate and easy to operate.
C. Corrugation selection.
1. Machine body is cast iron casted and machined.
2. We are using AC motor with gear box coupled together with VFD system.
3. For maintenance motor is easy and panel is easy available in any area of the word.
4. Corrugation roll is manufactured by high grade steel, heat treatment on full body, surface hardened and teeth grinded on CNC profile grinding machine and hard chrome plated.
5. The roll is balanced and equally heated in full length we get equal pressure on flute profile without wastes of the paper.
6. The rolls can be used for many years without re-grinding.
7. The roller bush is lubricated with motorised automatic oil pump to give long life to bush and rollers.
8. We use good quality rolls for cooling pad flute and angel for best output of cooling pad as compare to any other brand. Cooling pad Fluting and angling is most important part of manufacturing for good quality cooling pad.
D. Conveyer oven.
1. Our Conveyer oven is 6 meter long Teflon coated net belt in compare to metal tube belt to save energy and low HP motor to drive the conveyer.
2. We are maintaining lower temperature in 6 meter long to safe fire inside oven in compare to three meter long oven by others.
3. Well insulated from all side for energy saving.
MOST SUPPLIERS NOT PROVIDING THIS PROCESS BECAUSE OF THE COSTING ISSUE BUT THIS MOST IMPORATNT PART OF PRODUCTION.
THIS CONVEYER PROVDING STRENGTH TO CORRUGATED SHEET AND REMOVE THE REST OF MOISTURE OF CORRUGATED SHEET.
THIS PROCESS WILL INCREASED THE COOLING PAD DURABILITY AND LIFE OUTO 5-6YEARS
E. Gluing Machine
1. Four rolls mechanism to get equal thickness glue on roll we are using cast iron casted body with engineering plastic gears to reduce the noise.
2. We are providing automatic up and down paper stand for easy feeding and stacking of cooling pad block.
3. Rolls are very smooth for gluing.
4. The machine place the glue in corrugated sheet very fine, it will provide fine finishing and good looking Cooling pad as well high strength.
F. Dryer OVEN
1. Using insulated panels for energy saving and good quality fans with very low noise.
2. The Fan inlet and outlet connected with silicon coated fabric to reduce the Fan vibration noise.
3. The All ducting is well insulated with glass wool and aluminium sheet covering.
4. We are using thick plate for pressure on Cooling Pad with proper guide arrangement.
5. The trolley is fabricated with 100mm squire tube with 6 wheels and 3.2 mm thick sheet on surface so we are getting plan surface and there is no bending on the surface so we reduce the wastage of cooling pad.
6. We are using semi automatic trolley moment system to save manpower and comfort of handling.
7. Due to proper insulation and air leakage by silicon sealing we save a lot of energy.
G. Gluing mixture.
We are providing three hundred litters capacity stainless steel fabricated motorised with gear box.
H. Cutting machine.
1. We using four wheel concept band saw machine.
2. We are suing two sliding
3. The platform is fabricated with having thick al sheet it is made in two pieces and it has easy assembly system.
4. We are suing two sliding rail for easy alignments
