Evaporative Cooling Pads are made of special grade cellulose paper. Cell pads consist of corrugated sheets of such cellulose paper gathered in an opposite sequence, which generates air passage inside the cell.
The specially engineered fluted structure of the E.C.Pads prevents sagging and resists obstruction.
The cross sections of the Evaporative Cooling Pads are glued with special glue. The glue does not limit even after coming in contact with water for years. When pulled apart the paper will get torn near at glued point rather than separate peal apart easily. These sheets have very high ability in absorbing water and are chemically treated and coated to prevent disintegration. ECPs are engineered from specially treated and coated cross-sectional fluted media, capable of absorbing and retaining water to deliver the maximum cooling efficiency, technically speaking the Evaporative Cooling Pads are treated with stiffening and rot-resisting agents for structural strength. Its structural strength allows it to stand alone without any support thus, saving on the cost of support material.
Purpose
