Working Principle of Peanut butter machine:
a. Under high speed relative movement of different shapes stator and rotor, the butter machine can crush and grind the materials.
b. Then in the machine, the materials, adapting the space between stator and rotor, will receive the powerful shear force, frictional force, impact force, high frequency vibration etc; then the materials will be efficiently crushed, dispersed, emulsified and mixed to a perfect situation.
c. It is a different geometry of the rotor in high-speed rotation of the relative motion, breaking through the shearing, grinding, and high-frequency vibration.
This peanut butter machine has three areas, one area for coarse grinding, the other area for fine grinding, and another one for the ultrafine grinding. Through adjusting the gap between the rotor, it can effectively achieve the required standard (the gap also can be re-processed).
