1> Crusher Machine:

The hammer mill machine mainly be used to crush the raw machine into the powder, such as wheat, corn, soybean, barley, oil cake, straw, graw and other raw material which will be used to make feed pellet. The fineness of the finally power could reach to 60-80 mesh, even more fine, which is could reach to the standard of making feed pellet.
 

2>  Mixer Machine:

Feed mixer machine mainly be used to mix all kinds of powder, such as the wheat flour , corn flour , sorghum flour and so on, it also could mix other micro- ingredients such as vitamins, amino acids, trace elements and other feed additives, which is the key steps on the feed pellet production line.

3> Feed Extruder Machine

Our feed extruder machine is maily used for producing grains into the pet feed (such as cat feed, dog feed, bird feed and so on) and the fish food (including floating fish feed and sinking fish feed). The puffing fish feed pellets can float on the water surface without dissolution for over 24 hours. And as to the pet feed, now we supply 9 shapes for your choosing,  but the size and the shape of the pet feed also could be customized according to your demand.

4> Feed Pellet Dryer Machine

Our Feed Pellet Dryer Machine belongs belt type hot air dryer machine, which is mainly used in the feed pellet production line. This dryer machine could reduce the mositure of pellet quickly due to its multilayer belt circle round design. 

5> Feed Pellet Cooler Machine

The feed pellet cooling machine is mainly used in large or medium size feed pelletizing plant and wood pellet production line. The pellet cooler can cool the pellet material and reduce the material temperature and moisture content. So the animal feed pellets are more convenient to package, transport and store.

6> Feed Pellet Packaging Machine

Packing machine is applied to quantitative automatic weighing, filling, kneading, accumulating weight and times, stitching and conveying with manual assistant for powder material in the flour factory or material such as pellet shape. Generally, the quantitative filling machine includes packing scales, sack closer and belt conveyor three parts.

7> Other Auxiliary Equipment

There are also other auxiliary equipment on the production line, such as screw conveyor, storage bin, fan, dust collector, pneumatic transmission equipment, unloader, coating machine, electrical control system and so on.

Q: What kind of fish feed pellet production line do we supply?

A: We have two types feed pellet machine, one is dry tye machine and the other is wet type machine. If you want to make sinking fish feed, We recommend ring die and flat die feed pellet mill .
Q: What’s the difference between dry type machine and wet type machine?
A: The biggest difference is the wet type need a steam boiler while the dry type doesn’t. In this case, the dry type is cheaper than wet type, and the feed pellets made by wet type extruder is much smooth and with better quality.
Q: What kind of raw materials should I use?
A: Soybean meal,wheat meal,corn meal,flour,bone meal,meat meal,fish meal etc.Finess in 60-80mesh.
Q: How long does the floating fish pellet float on the water surface?
A: The feed pellets made by our extruder can float on the water surface for over 24 hours. While the floating time can be adjusted when the pellets are extruded.
Q: Does the fish pellet machine can only make feed pellets for fish?
A: No. It’s not only can make high-grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, crab etc., but also can make pellets for cat, dog, etc.
Q: What size of pellet can be made by your poultry feed pellet machine?
A: The size of pellet is based on the diameter of the die moulds. We can customized die moulds with diameter of 1-20mm.
Q: Is there a formula of making fish feed pellet?
A: It totally based on the situation of your fish. We can offer free formula to our customers.
