1.Ring die wood pellet mill is a kind of biofuel moulding machinery used for fireplace,heating system,hotel,restaurant,bath center,boiler,biomass power plant etc;

2.With high precision cylindrical in-volute helical gear drive directly, transmission efficiency is as high as 98%;

Application of raw materials
1.Wood log:First use wood chipper convert wood log to wood chips ,if wood chips moisture >20%,We should add a dryer to dry the wood chip until mositure <15% .
2.Wood chips: Wood chips with moisture >20%,We should add one dryer to dry wood chips until <20%. If Wood chips are dry ,moisture <15%,it can be crushed by hammer mill directly,then it comes out as sawdust ,sawdust can make pellet directly;
3.Sawdust: Moisture >20%,need dry until mositure <15%,if sawdust size <5mm,then make pellet directly..
4.Palm fiber and EFB:Further crushed until size <1mm,dried until moisture <15%.
5.Rice husk :Without hammer mill, when moisture <15% can make pellet directly.
6.Straw:Further crushed
All of those material shall get size <8mm,moisture <15%,easy to make good pellet by wood pellet machine.

What are the wear parts of your machines and working life?
The wears parts of our pellet machine are mold and gear of roller , generally speaking, the mold can be used for making 1500 ton pellets, for example , produce 15 ton per day, than can be used for about 100 days. So for one year production, need to buy another 2 sets. And gear can be used for about 1 month. need another 11 sets for one year.

What kind of machines does the whole pellet line include?
1)Moisture content: if higher than 15%, by dryer or drying by the sun.
2)Length: if larger than 8mm, should use hammer mill crusher.
3)Cooler: after pelletizing, if you want to pack the pellets directly, should use cooler, otherwise put the pellets aside and cooling by nature.
4)Packing machine: after cooling, could pack by manual or by packing machine.
