Product Description of cassava  pellet machine  :  

1.  pellet machine ring die fixed, rollers rotating, materials centrifugal, evenly distributed around.

2.The  pellet machine can be widely used for wood chips, sawdust, stalk, straw, rice husk, peanut shells, paper, rubber and so on. The density of pellets made by our pellet mill is around 1.0-1.4. There is no need to add any bond when pelletizing using our pellet mill.

3. Macroporous die, wire joining circular tube, increasing travel, improving density .

4. High capacity chapati press machine has double-layer dies, up and down dual-use, reduce the cost,enhance the efficiency, can be dual-use,high capacity,energy saving.

Working Principles of cassava  pellet machine  
1. Firstly, the material is transferred into the conditioner by the moveable screw feeder.

2. Then the conditioner can make different materials fully mixed.What's more, it can adjust the raw material moisture to ensure good-quality pellets.

3. Finally, the suitable raw material is sent to pelletizing chamber.

4. When the roller is moving in the pelletizing chamber, it makes the raw material inletting the holes of ring die and form the pellets.

5. Several paring knives cut the pellets to size as they are extruded from the drum, after which they fall through the bottom discharge chute into a container ready for use.
