Unlike other filter technologies cross-flow filters are able to clarify cloudy liquids with relatively high turbidity level. This filter is delivered with a siliphos container.

Siliphos filters can extend the service life of your washing machine or dishwasher and reduce the detergent consumption up to 30% depending on water hardness, with an increased cleaning efficiency. Additional salts may be completely dispensed with if the filter is installed to the dishwasher. Moreover it prevents corrosion of water pipes and the formation of so-called ‘brown’ or ‘red’ water caused by the oxidation of the iron pipes.

The filter has a service life of approx. 6 months depending on the water quality and can be renewed by simply replacing the siliphos granules. 

The filter has to be installed before the Aquastop of the washing machine or dishwasher.
