The final biofuel briquette is made by the advanced biomass briquetting machine. Almost all type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used, including: wood chips, maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, 

cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse, etc.

The simple process for producing the machine for making bbq charcoal is like this: 

1. Crush the raw materials into small pieces(around 3MM diameter) by Crusher(Hammer Mill);

2. Dry the crushed materials by Dryer, make the crushed material's moisture content below 12%;

3. Put the dried materials into the briquette machine to make sawdust briquettes.

4. Put sawdust briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into 

charcoal briquettes (final products,this step is for optional, if you do not need charcoal, 

no need to use this machine).

Finished products of the machine for making bbq charcoal :

 After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood. This bio-fuel briquette is 50-70mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
