Peanut Sheller:

Peanut shelling machine has the rack, fan, rotor, single-phase motor, screen (with the size of two), hopper, vibrating screen, belt wheel and the drive belt and so on.

 

After the normal operation of the machine,please put peanuts quantitatively, uniformly and continuously into the hopper,when the shell of peanuts will be broken under the rotor repeatedly hitting with rotor, friction, collision. Peanuts and peanut shell particles under the rotor rotation will get through a certain aperture of the screen (the first time peanut threshing sieve with large holes, then cleaned skin fruit will get in another screen with small holes for the second shelling), then, peanut shells, grains blown by the force of rotating the fan, light weight, the body of peanut shell is blown, the peanut particle  will get through the vibrating screen to cleaning purposes.
