Automatic quantitative packing scale is used in chemical, fertilizer, grain, feed and other industries of the solid particles or powder packaging materials dedicated automatic weighing scales, mainly by the feed sector, weighing unit, display control system, the executing element and structural parts and components, and the production capacity of this machine is adjusted to meet the needs of users.

 Automatic weighing packaging system is based on quantitative packing scale as the core equipment of the operating line.

According to their degree of automation requirements and the purpose of the following options, the user can choose the appropriate equipment to match packing scale.
1. Auto-detection: to avoid too much or too little the material inside the hopper due to measurement uncertainty or error.
2. Automatic folder equipment: Improve production efficiency, reduce human accidence.
3. The printer: print the actual weight of each package report.
4. Heating Sealing System: for sealing plastic bag or Compound bag inner bag sealing.
5. Pack Sealing Machine: for portable and fixed to a variety of production capacity   or occasion should be used for paper bags, sacks or bags.
6. Conveyor: user could choose belt-type, roller type, chain plate, and crawler-type
7.Adjusting bag location machine: Adjust the packaging location on the conveyor.
8. The metal detector: if there is metal in packed bags then it will alarm.
9. Checking weighing: check the weight of the packed goods, if overweight or less, then the unqualified ones will be removed.
10. Palletizing machines: automatic put the finished product on the pallet for transportation and warehousing.
11. Dust removal device: used to improve the flow of light dust conditions, to reduce dust pollution.
12. Power supply: avoid voltage surges or transition changes which shall have adverse effects on equipment.
