Product Description:

This product takes the unique nano-molecule purifying technology to make the oil containing few water and impurities so that it can be used repeatedly in the highly precise equipment at home and abroad.

 

The vacuum oil filter are mainly used for filtering the crude oil pressed out by screw type oil press. Filter press can be matched with oil press Model 6YL-68, 80, 95, 100, 120,130,160 for combined operation, and they own matched electric motor and a vacuum pump. The serial products of frame typed oil filtering machine are ideal equipments for edible oil plant and individual oil processing house.

Working principle
The machine is made up by front and erar machine base, filer plate, tension bolt, oil pump and pre-filter is used to reduce the impurities going into oil pump which will extend the service life of the pump.

When the crude oil is pressed into the filtering machine, under the pressure, the crud oil going through the filtering clothe, and coming out from the pipe under the filter plate, while the oil dreg remains on the surface of the filtering clothe, realizing the filtering operation
