Features:

1.3 This machine is equipped with dies of various apertures asφ 2 , φ 3 , φ 4 , φ 4. 5, φ 5 , φ 6 ,φ 8 

and φ10 , and can customize the die of different apertures for users , users can select for use 

according to different needs.

1.4 This machine adopts frequency conversion (electromagnetic) transfer speed electric motor to

 feed material, and with lengthened type and strengthened type of big door-opening 

conditioner which equipped with axial steam spraying device, also there is strong magnetic 

security device, overload protective device and outside-machine material discharging mechanism.

We use WANNAN/Siemens brand motor,NSK bearing,forging main shaft. 

Adopting gear driven, the power consumption can low down 15% and output capacity can improve 10% than belt driven. 

All feeder,conditioner and face plate are stainless steel.
