Adjustment of the knives and working principle

The cutter has two kinds of knives: slice-cutting knives and strip-cutting knives.

The strip-cutting knives are fixed in a stainless steel box. One end of them is

fixed with bolts. There are spacers between the blades and the spacers

determine the size of the slices and strips. When adjusting the knives, first

loosen up the bolt, increase or decrease the spacers to the width you need,

and then fix the bolt. Slice-cutting knives: the thickness of the slices is

determined by the spacers underneath the blades. Increase the spacers

behind (on-front; under-behind) the blades if you want thicker slices; increase

the spacers in front of the blades if you want thinner ones.
