Working principle of this chili grinding machine

This grinder machine works by of high-speed relative motion between movable and fixed fluted disc, the material being crushed through impact and friction of the fluted disc. The crushed materials can be discharged directly from the grinding chamber, and flow out from the outlet. 
General materials will be collected in a cotton bag(as following), the air will escape from the tiny hole without wasting any crushed materials, thus no polluting, no wasting.
