Wood briquettes are made from agro wastes and wood wastes. The whole production process is Crushing—Drying—Briquetting--Carbonizing. You can convert wood briquettes into charcoal briquettes in the carbonization furnace.

Wood briquettes are widely used in industry for the boiler. After carbonized, the charcoal briquettes are more value, they can be used in industrial heating, BBQ, hookah charcoal and etc.

 Raw materials are biomass wastes, cost of them are very low. You can get generous profits from this project. Besides, using the biomass waste as materials, this project reduces the consumption of lumbers and good to environment.

The most common materials are coconut shell, sawdust, wood wastes, bamboo wastes, tree bark, nutshell, rice husk and etc.

Two basic requirements of materials

1. Size of raw materials must be less than 3mm.

2. Humidity of materials must be below 12%.

Briquetting is a process that material is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.
