Steel grating with cover

Steel grating with cover is composed of loading capacitable steel plate and riffled steel plate. Steel grating with cover can be made by any kind of steel grating and any thickness of riffled steel plate. But the most commonly type is to use G323/40/100 or G323/60/100 as the basic plate base plate. The thickness of riffled steel plate is usually 3mm, also can be 4mm, 5mm, 6mm.

1. Directly welding the steel grating on the supporting steel structure, then painting the welding place twice with zinc-rich powder.
2. Using special installation clips to install special clamp, which does not destroy the galvanized layer, and is easy to remove and install. Each installation clip includes upper and down grip, under, one M8 round head bolt and one nut.
3. The installation interval of steel grating generally is 100 mm. Please notice the fastness when you install it. Check frequently to prevent the installation clips get off. You’d better add rubber gasket or welded well in the place close to the vibration.
