After-sales service:
1.We guarantee 2years overall and 5years on the vacuum for each container.
2.If container is damaged because of our quality, customer should provide photos and written report, then we change a new one for free.
3.If light flaw has no influence on normal usage, we refund part of money to the customer.
4.If it's not our reason or exceed the guarantee period, we could help to repair the tank,while customer should undertake the round freight.

As a matter of fact, each tank has very very strictly test ex-work.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in standard carton packing. And we will enclose the detailed instruction and certification in the packaging.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T, L/C, West Union...according to your requirments.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take about one month by ship after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. And if you need urgently and only buy samples, we will advice you the fast and more economic way to ship by air.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can provide OEM & ODM services.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
