Our state of the art equipment is fully computer controlled put two wires together to create a grid, including bright steel, black steel, galvanised and stainless steel wire(T304, T316). from first weld to the stacking and turning of completed mesh sheets in neat bundles for transport collection. A full quality control programme combined with the very best in testing and proving equipment means that Wire Mesh Industries' welded mesh panels rank as some of the most flat, accurate and precisely controlled welded mesh panels.  

Zin-Coating Process

 

 

Panel widths run to 2,400 mm and panel lengths to 6,000 mm and a range of materials are used in the manufacture of Welded mesh, made in wire diameters from 3.15 mm to 8 mm and production runs range from several panels only into the tens of thousands.
