This copper wire granulator AZS400 is a combined machine consisting of wire crusher granulator, copper separator, dust collector. It adopts dry type separating and is mainly designed for bulk copper recycling. It shows high efficiency, high separation rate and high copper purity.

This machine is a compact type with all parts installed on one base and mainly composed by following parts:
Crushing and granulating part --used for crushing long wire into small pieces and grinding insulation from copper
Copper Separation part--adopts vibrating separation and air separation to separate copper granule from pvc/rubber granule
Dust collecting part--collecting all the dusts caused in the process
Small shaking tables--further separating copper from Plastic granule to double ensure the purity.
Electric control cabinet--filled with all the current and control buttons

1. How can I find a proper wire granulator?
That depends on what kind of raw material you have. Generally it means, this machine can process thin telephone wire, computer wire, industrial wire, automobile wire, etc. They can be single conductor, twin core or multi core, two strand or multi strand, straight or twisted. The minimum diameter should be 0.2mm, maximum diameter is 40mm.
2. What if I have very thick wires?
You can use our wire strippers or use the two machine together.
3. Is it complicated to install or operate the machine?
Not at all. Before shipping out, main parts are assembled together except for several parts for easy transportation. If raw materials are finalized, machines can also be adjusted to work well. They are PLC controlled. English manual are send out together with the machine.
4. What if we can’t use the machines smoothly?
Tell us your problems or making them into videos. We will provide you solutions as soon as we can.
