Reducer and motor are driven by soft belt so the machine will start evenly with less impact force and lengthen machine service life. The bottom of the disc is strengthened with many steel plates. It will be very durable. Thickened, reinforced machine base allow it to run evenly without any fastening of foot screws. Besides, machine main gear adopts high-frequency quenching, double lengthen its service life.

Disc granulator makes fertilizer by the constant rotating of the disc. The small type disc fertilizer making machine works on the rotating of the disc spurred by the drive reducer driven by the main motor. The big model disc fertilizer making machine relies on the main motor to drive belt wheel and the belt, the reducer to transmit the small gear and the small gear and the large gear fastened under the disc engaging with each other to work in opposite direction. With special design, the big gear is settled on the main shaft fixed on the frame adjustment disc and supports the granulating work.

This machine usually works together with a sprayer. After material enters into the granulating disc, the constant rotating of the disc and the sprayer device makes the materials stick together evenly and form ball shaped fertilizer. The upper side of the disc is equipped with automatic cleaning device to prevent materials sticking to the inner wall which in certain degree increase this machine’s service life .
