Design features:
1. High purity
PVDF nozzle is made of PVDF, which is a sort of natural and pure material without pigment. It can keep high clarification in processing and meet the requirements high.
2. Heat resistance
Max temperature of PVDF nozzle is 148oC with 7kg press, suitable for PCB printing course, including development, plating, etching and film removal.
3. Anticorrosive
PVDF has good anti corrosion, the PVDF nozzle can be widely used in spraying of chlorid, acid, alkali and amidocyanogen with good antiaging performance
4. Wide scope and long life
Available sizes of PVDF nozzle: 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8". Three available size for common pipes with defferent spraying capacity and angle to meet various requirements. As high hardness material, it is wearable and impact resistant with high-intensity.
