Product Description

Adopting advanced automatic manufacturing process, ensure the high accuracy while producing frames. And it’s made of thick galvanized sheet, which has high resistance to corrosion. The blade was shaped by new-tech distortion pressing with high strength aluminum press casting hub, which ensure it has the reasonable angle to maximum the air flow.

Along with the high precisive micro-computer manufacture-aiding system, the function of the fan will be optimized 5 strict quality detection program: noise detection, vibration detection, transmission concentric function detection, blade velocity detection, whole machine effects detection.

Features:

1.Optimization by CAD/CAM, ensure the rationability of structure and the reliability of mechanisms.

2.Fan frame is processed by adopting CNC blending machine, CNC shearing machine & CNC punching machine and advanced technology. Made of extraheavy galvanized sheet or color steel sheet(red or blue), the frame has strong corrosion resistivity.

3.Unique high strength hub has better strength, tenacity & longer life than the general industrial nylon hub.

4.With automatic adjuster, the belt need not manually adjust within the service life period of belt.

5.New twisted & punched type blade, subjected to the tests of dynamic balance and static balance, ensures generation of a lot of air volume at the reasonable blade angle and a good noise control.

6.National patent aluminum alloy shutters with particular pneumatic opening & shutting mechanism, adopting the inclined belt to drive, ensure the shutters can open and shut fully to protect against wind & rain and dust.

7.The protective screen is in the rear of fan, which is easy and convenient for installation and removel.

8.Fan is subject to eight strict quality testing procedures——noise, vibration, dynamic balance, static balance, rotary concentric performance, blade rotating speed, overall efficiency test prior to shipment.

9.High quality motor, whose voltage can be 380V or 220V, can be determined by customer.

10.Two types for customer's selection: counterweight type or push-pull type.

11.Can be combined with cooling pad to form stereoscopic ventilating and cooling system, which is the most inexpensive and effective cooling equipment in sweltering fields.

12.The exhaust fans we produce are widely used in industrial fields, civil fields & agricultural fields,such as mines, textile workshops, warehouses, stores, supermarkets, large farms,livestock farms,gardening and flower/vegetable greenhouses.
