SMCP-70J

The machine suit for rice corn and other food with starch.

1. The machine is characterized by small size, light weight, elegant structure and simple operation

2. The size of the puffed food can be changed by changing the model head.

3. The finished food is in good look and appearance. 

4.The machine is equipped with 11kw motor and high performance converter, 

   the machine can work successively . The puffing effect is good.

SMCP-500

The material with starch such as rice , millet , wheat , highland barley,

buckwheat , corn, sorghum , sweet barley, and straw and beans can be puffed

The main character of the machine is large output , energy saving , easy operation ,

   small labor force strength and high efficiency . 

 The workers who are familiar with the machine can operate the 3 sets of the machine at the same time .

2. Safe and reliable : the whole is manufactured by cast steel and equipped with safety valve , discharge valve ,

    shield and sealing pad on the tank mouth, which can reach certain pressure. 

    It can discharge gas automatically and guarantee the safety use. 

3. 8kg rice can be puffed for once with large puffing rate. 

    The rice after puffing has white color and full shape. 

4. Optional energy : liquid gas , coal and natural gas.
