1.Raw Material:

1)more than 30kind of materials can be as raw materials,such as Wood sawdust, rice hull ,

peanut shell, bamboo sawdust, tree branch, plant straw, tobacco/tea/wheat waste,etc.

2)raw materials need < 80mm

3) put 3 tons raw material will output 1 ton finished charcoal

2.Crusher: need to crush the raw materials <10mm

3.Drying Machine:

1)use to dry the raw materials to be with moisture 12-20%

2)Two Types: Airflow Dryer & Cylinder Dryer

Airflow Dryer(drive byFan Motor) Cylinder Dryer(drive by Electric):

4.Briquette Forming Machine:

used to change raw materials into different shape charcoal,such as square shape, hexagon shape, enneagon shape etc

5.Carbonization Machine

Two Types:

1) Ordinary Type:Productivity more than 1tons/day need use this kind of carbonization machine.

After the charcoal finished carbonization, need long time to cool down.

2) Lifting Type: One machine equip with 3 pots. after one pot finish carbonization,we can change another pot to the cylinder to be continuous carbonization easily by use a lifting device. End Product Productivity : 650-700kg/pot/6hours
