Introduction of the machine:

 

1.The whole line is automatic ,stainless steel structure,high efficiency and capacity,6 moulds to choose.

 

2.Fish food mainly used maize powder,fish powder,meat powder and other food additive as material.the food must through 4 processing ,including mixing,extruding,roasting ,packing .

 

3.The machine mainly produce cat food,fish food,dog food.
 

Main features are as follows:

 

1. Double Screw Extruder, the material of the screws is 38CrMoAl, which is much more wear-resisting.

2. The main body material is stainless steel, which will be much easier to be cleaned.

3. Only need  2 workers to operate the whole processing line.

4. The processing line has self-cleaning function.

5. Floating pellet size: 1.0mm-14mm

6. After-sale Service: We can offer related debugging and training the the customer. Also the spare parts are avaliable in a long term.
