ZYF-Z SERIES MARINE FUEL WATER SEPARATOR OF MAXPOWER

Overview:  

    ZYF-Z series Marine Fuel Water separator was designed by CSSC, which is according to the requirement of IMO( International Maritime Organization) resolution MEPC.107(49). The procedures and results of the type test have been approved by CCS, and also approved by ABS. BV.
    ZYF-Z series bilge separator which contains the unite of controlling system and pumps, are a series of equipments that can treat bilge water and make the water of outlet reach the standard of ejection. They have reasonable compact structure and are convenient for installing and repairing.
    Easy operation, reasonable compact structure and high degree of automatization, ZYF-Z series bilge separator which is convenient for installing and repairing and has manual and automatic backwash function. It can be operated automatically.

Description:

    1.It can endure the hull’s libration as the ship is sailing and other local libration that is caused by other machines.
    2.It can work functionally as the working medium temperature is between 5 °C and 40 °C
    3.It can work functionally when the relative humidity of the air environment is 90%.
    4.Energy sources should be offered, which is used for the demand of the electrical piston pump and the electric heater.
    5.Water (seawater or freshwater) for devices should be offered, the pressure range is from 0.15MPa TO 0.2MPa.
    6.When the device is used for the first time, it should be filled with clean water, otherwise it can be used.

    ZYF-Z serious bilge separator is applicable for both old and new ship space bilge water of ships .The oil concentration of the disposed water is no more than 15ppm(mg/L),which is totally complied with the new international marine discharged standard IMO.MEPC107(49).
