Electro-galvanized(EG) is a cost saving way in galvanizing comparing to hot dipped galvanized(HDG), but HDG performs much better in rust-resistance. It is decided by the different zinc volume of the wire surface.
Zinc volume is the main factor that decides the performance of corrosion resistance. Enzar Metal is capable of producing the welded wire mesh in both galvanized wire and black wire. Due to the burning of the zinc from the galvanized wire surface while welding, galvanized after welding process will be cover the intersection points with zinc, which is not easily get rusted.
