The Operating procedure of tray dryer
1.connect steam pipe and hydrophobic pipe, open steam valve
2.power up the fan
3.adjust the verge board which from top to bottom gradually increasing to make temperature difference uniformly
4.push the fully loaded bake cars into the oven, and then close the door
5.make the humidity reducing handle point to the complete cycle position
Along with the gradual degree oven temperature rise, the materials are gradually heated, and then the hot air accompany with humidity cycling in the oven. Put the humidity reducing handle to half cycle or complete humidity reducing position when the temperature stop rising at a certain degree. The later processes refer to the materials’ characters to choose cycle or humidity reducing until the materials are dried.
