extruder,the key machine in the whole processing line. we have single screw puffing machine and double screw puffing machine, below is the components of the machine. you can see from it that each parts are carefully selected,the quality of the machines can be guaranted.

 Dryer, we have three, five,seven,nine layers oven. we can make the dryer base on the chararicter of food. some food need long time drying, some food need quick heating.The fryer with circulation heating,and different layers have different temperature.we can make the specific dryer according to your request.

Multifunctional cutter and jam melting tank:

The multifuntional cutter consist of  four formation rollers,one cutting roller and one nylon roller.  

 This line can accomplish all the procedures from raw material to finished product in one time, this processing line can produce all kinds of inflating snacks like rice bread, roll snacks, gruels, nutrient flour and so on.
