1.The whole flow chart in making Automatic Nik naks extrude/Kurkure making machine/corn curls machine

a): Flour Mixer 
you can put your ingredients into mixing box , then turn on it. wait about 2 mintutes. 

b): Rotary Die Extruder 
the key machine in the whole corn curl processing--extruder. through its high temperature, high pressure , the ingradients are easily to puffed. Then the screw will force them to a die, the revolving blades will cut them to specific shape.

c): Automatic Frying Machine 
To fry the Kurkure in hot cooking oil and make them crispy. The uniform frying introduces the crunchy taste to the Kurkure.  meanwhile, the fryer is installed PLC system,so that you can set the time of frying, the time of raising ,and the time of de-oiling. if you wanna a sufficient frying machine, the continues fryer might suit you. 

d) : Cooling Conveyor 
To cool the fried Kurkure and reduce the temperature before packing, and reduce the oil content.

e): Automatic Seasoning System 
To add required seasoning to the fried and cooled Kurkure to give the different flavors to them.

Meanwhile, both flavoring powder and flavoring liquid  are suitable for this system.

To pack the Kurkure into attractive printed pouches with gas flushing
