The process of creating perforations is called perforating, which involves puncturing the workpiece (usually a thin metal sheet) with a tool. Slotted perforated metal is a sheet or coil of material made from metal that contains holes punched by a die. Embossing is a metal forming process for producing raised or sunken designs or relief in sheet material. Checkered plate, also known as Diamond plate, is a type of light-weight metal sheet with a regular pattern of raised diamonds or lines.

Perforation patterns:
Round perforations, square perforations, slotted perforations, fish scale perforations, hexagonal perforations, cross perforations as well as some other special patterns.

Square Hole Perforated Metal Sheet

Perforated Size: From 3 mm. to 120 mm.
Sheet Thickness: From 0,5 mm to 5 mm. (depending on perforation).
Size: 2.000 mm. wide in sheets (depending on perforation).
1.500 mm. wide in roll (depending on perforation).

The maximum width we can provide for perforated metal up to is 2m, the preferred maximum is 1.5m.
The maximum length we can perforate up to is 6m, the preferred maximum is 4m.

The most common material types are mild steel,Pre-galvanised mild steel,stainless steel,aluminium,brass.

Slotted perforated metal is produced in ferrous materials in plates, stainless steel or galvanized steel.

Application

It can be used for oil filters, used in workshops as well as other constructions as sound isolation sheet, decorative sheet for stairs, environmental tables and chairs, sifting in grains, feed and mines. Perforated metal screensheet is also used in making of kitchenware such as fruit basket, food cover, etc.
