1. Counter-flow pellet Cooler apply counter flow type colling principle, and pellet cooling is full and uniform.

1. Counter-flow pellet Cooler is mainly to cool 2-12mm dimension fertilizer and animal feed pellets, when outlet from pellet machines , the hot pellets temperature is about 60-80 centigrade, if don’t cool them and directly pack to bags, pellet inside water vapor can not give off and become easily broken. ,after cooling, the temperature is about 25C, will become strong enough and can be directly packed .

2. Counter-flow pellet Cooler adopts counter flow theory, cold air goes inside of cooler from bottom to top, hot pellets goes to cooler from top to bottom, as time goes on, pellets will pulse at the cooler bottom, cold air cool them from the bottom to top gradually , in this way will reduce pellet broken phenomenon, if cold air also go to cooler from top to bottom, then hot pellets will meet with cold air suddenly ,then pellets will be easily hurt broken,

3. Counter-flow pellet Cooler generally works with cyclone and air fan, air lock. which is used to clean dust, also it can install a screener at the cooler bottom, in this way can separate dust and good pellets. Then good pellets will through conveyor to packing machine.
