1 Wet raw materilas goes into the feeding hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then through the feeders goes into the feed pipe. The feed peipe slppe is greater than the natural inclination of the materials, so that the material can inflowtherotary dryer smoothly.

2 There is one hot airfurnace supply the hot fuel gas for the rotary dryer usually.The fuel can be waste wood, coal, naturla gas, diesel etc.

3 The rotary dryer cyclinder is tilted slightly compared withhorizontal . Materials and hot fule gas into the rotary dryer cilinder from the higher end. During therotation of the cyclinder, the material by gravity goes into the lower end. When the wet material is in the process of moving forward in the rotary dryercylinder nogy, thelifting plates inside the roatary dryer cilinder makes the materialup and down to contact with the hot fuel gas complete. Thus the moisture inside the wet materials isevaporated into water vapour, and finamlly we get the dried materials.

4 There isone high pressure induced draft fan is used to suckout thewater vapour of the rotary dryer during the drying process. Finally the water vapour with some dust goes into thecyclone dust collector. In the cyclong dust collector, the dust is separeted from thewater vapourand falls down from the bottomofthe cyclone dust colletcot. Thewater vapourleaves the cyclong dust collectorfrom thetop pioe of the cylone dust collector, and finally goes intoat mospherer through thechimney.

5. At theend of rotary dryer, using one belt conveyorto transport the dried material into trucks or staorge room direclty.
