1. Ring die pellet machine is driven directly by high-precision involute helical spur gear, thus its gearing efficiency is up to 98% or above.

2. The gear blank of driving gear is processed by normalizing heat treatment after water calcination, so the hardness of tooth face is improved; tooth face is processed by carburizing treatment, and the carburizing thickness reach up to 2.4mm, thereby reinforcing its wear resistance very much, and the service life of its spare parts is prolonged; And the hardened tooth face is treated by silent precision grinding tip relief, so its operation is more stable and silent.

3. The materials of chief shaft and one-piece hollow shaft are Germany-imported alloy, and they are made through water calcination, rough turning, heat treatment, FT and finish grinding processes; its reasonable structure and uniform hardness elevates its fatigue resistance and wear resistance, highly guaranteeing the safer operations.

4. The main machine body is made of precision-casting quality steel, with uniform thickness and compact structure; and it is also machined by Swiss-imported CNC machining center whose machining precision is zero error, thus furnishing stronger support for normal running.

5. The bearings in the driving part are high-precision ones imported from Japan, and the oil seals are USA-imported wear and heat resistant fluorine rubber ones; and in particular lubrication oil return system is equipped, making oil passage circulation cooling and lubrication automatically regularly, and ensuring sufficient lubrication of bearings and safer operations.

6. The bearings for Pelletizing system are top-quality silent types, moreover, thin oil circulation cooling lubrication system is also included, thereby lifting the service life of bearings and safer performance.

7. Ring die, with unique and reasonable design of compression ratio, is precisely made of high-grade stainless high nickel steel, guaranteeing its better quality and longer service life, furthermore, minimizing the production cost.
