Wide range raw material:

The animal feed pellet mill can process such as : grain, weeds, grass, stalk, fruit shell,etc. almost all of the agriculture waste can be recycled by this pellet mill.

 

Mainly Involved processes:

Crushing (if the raw material is not already granulated), material sieving, drying (if the raw material contains too much moisture), pelletizing, cooling, screening and packing. The whole pelletizing process can be highly automatically controlled..

Hammer mill

 

The best material diameter for supporting to produce pellet is 1-5mm. Thus if your material diameter exceed 5mm, then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them into small powder 1-5mm for supporting to produce pellets. Our SFSP series chipping and crushing machine is your best choice. It mills raw material like tree branch, wood shavings, wood chips, wood logs, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc, with size less than 50mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5 mm, then it is pushed to next process to get dried and pelletized.

2. Drying process – Rotary Dryer of small animal feed pellet line 200kg/h

 

The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 11-17%. Our rotary dryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary dryer which is high efficiency in drying the wood and  material. It can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. The rotary dryer uses steam to heat air and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for w pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.

 

  

 

 

 

 3.Pelletizing pocess  small animal feed pellet line 200kg/h

Pellet mill is the heart of the pellet production line, and has reliable running performance . It is special designed for compacting of the raw material, straw, and other biomass sources into pellets. Capacity ranges from 1T to 10T per hour. You can choose ring die pellet mill or flat die pellet mill depend on your capacity requirement. Our MZLH series Ring die pellet mill is best choice for large scale production, while, DZLP series flat die pellet mill is suitable for small pellet production line. 4. Cooling process - Pellet cooling machine of small animal feed pellet line 200kg/h

Usually after pelletizing, the temperature of  pellets is between 60-80 degrees and the moisture content is close to 15%. For storage purposes, a cooler must be used to reduce their surface temperature and the moisture content, also help screen good and pure pellets. However, considering the feedback from some foreign clients, the local climate is very humidity, they hope to cool the wood pellets with moisture 7-8%. In order to satisfy different needs from different clients, we develop one kind of new Stabilizer Combined Cooler.

  

 

5. Packing process - Pellet packing machine of small animal feed pellet line 200kg/h

After cooling process, the wood pellets will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp, the packing process is very necessary. The packing process is effectively handled by our Semi-Auto Packing Machine.
