3 Die is static , roller rotary, materials are envely distributed around, because of centrifugal force.

4 Double layer die: two layers both can be used independently so the machine reduces the cost, what's more, two layers of the die aslo can be used at the same time. in this way, the efficiency has been impproved greatly, high capacity and save energy.

5 Independent and requency conversion discharge deveice can ensure the fate of pellet formation.

Pellet Features

1) High density from 1 cm3 to 1.6g/m3. easy to store and transportation, calorific value can be 3500-5500 kilocalorie.

2) Pellets cane instead of coal for biomass power plant, and it can also be used as feed for anmals, with small density.

3) Pellet (biomass briquette ,biomass pellet, wood pellet) is widely used in heating, bniomass boiler, household gasification furnace, in dustrial boiler, hotesl, estarurants, bath in industriesas heat source, instead of coal in boiler burning, avoide the pollution of burning the coal, also being used as industrial fel.
