Instruction of Bagasse Hammer Mills:

1, As we know, bagasse can be reused for as new biomass energy. Lots of factories are crushing bagasse as raw materail to make feed, fuel, organic fertilizer pellets for home, facotry, farm and power plant, chemical plant etc useing.

2 This hammer mill is multifunctional, can also crush other biomass such as wood, wood chips, wood bark, cassava root , rice husk, straw, grass, etc.

3 This hammer mill usually work with cyclone, air lock, fan blower, bag dust collector.

4 Hammer mill can work in two methods, positive pressure and negative pressure, the difference between them is just the position of the fan blower.

 

Spare parts of bagasse hammer mill:

1 Sieves with 1-20mm diameter will be installed at the bottom of the hammer mill. So if you want to crush powder with different size, then you should choose sieves with different diameter.

2Spare parts hammer blades, sieves and chief axies are handled by heat treatment, then made by cnc system, quality is high and service life is long.

3 Hammer blades are 65mn raw material, can be used for about 1 year, and the sieves can be used for about half years.

 

Raw Material for this hammer mill:

1 Raw material for this hammer mill should be not too wet, moisture below 15% is the best. If more wet, then per hour capacity will be lower.

2 We will choose the sieves as per moisture, if too wet, the sieves with 1-20mm will be used, if dry, then sieves with 1-10mm will be used.
