 Counterflow pellet cooler structure:

1. Counterflow pellet cooler Feeder , ensures correctly and evenly feeding.

2. Counterflow pellet cooler Outer drum, used for gathering feed materials and hot air, equipped with obersvation door and window for easliy fixing. 

3.Counterflow pellet cooler  Cooling room, to cool mateials in a short period of time

4.Counterflow pellet cooler discharing hole, Powdered by gas cyclinder and electric enginee.

Wood pellet cooler working principle:

1. those damp and hot particles from pellets machines are fed into cooler and scattered around evenly through feed distributor. 

2. Cold air go though wood pellets verticall and contact cold pellets. 

3. The warm air contact pellets but moves oppositly to the pellets dropped direciton, thus makes the pellets cooled granudally. 

4. This working principle prevents cracks creasted by the contact of hot air and cold pellets. 

5. It is superior to traditional vertcail type of horizontal tyoe pellets.
